Our goldfish's health and well-being are our top priority, and we take measures to ensure their good health. Each goldfish undergoes a thorough quarantine process in our facility, which lasts for at least two weeks. We recommend continuing this process once you receive them to ensure that your goldfish remains healthy.

Before shipping, our goldfish are fasted for three (3) days to ensure safe travel. We send our shipments to UPS from Mondays to Wednesdays, excluding holidays thru UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2^nd Day Shipping. You can expect your deliveries between Tuesday through Friday depending on the delivery service chosen. This is to help ensure that no packages are left in the carrier facilities over the weekend.

Note that deliveries may extend until late or end of the day.

Please ensure that someone is available to move your delivery indoors promptly upon arrival and start the Acclimation Process.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the number of live fish in your order, and these will be calculated at checkout.

We ONLY ship in the US 48 contiguous states, not Hawaii/Alaska, international and US territories.
