Shipping
Our goldfish's health and well-being are our top priority, and we take measures to ensure their good health. Each goldfish undergoes a thorough quarantine process in our facility, which lasts for at least two weeks. We recommend continuing this process once you receive them to ensure that your goldfish remains healthy.
Before shipping, our goldfish are fasted for two days to help them travel safely. We ship through UPS or FedEx from Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. Depending on whether you select one day or two day shipping, your order should arrive between Tuesday and Friday. This schedule helps prevent packages from being held at carrier facilities over the weekend.
Note:
- Deliveries may extend until late or end of the day.
- If you ordered your fish on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday (depending on holidays)
Please ensure that someone is available to move your delivery indoors promptly upon arrival and start the Acclimation Process.
Local Delivery:
We offer local delivery within Los Angeles County and select areas in neighboring counties. If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout. We recommend local delivery when available because it provides the shortest travel time and helps reduce stress on your fish.
Order Pickup:
We can accommodate local pickup. Once you order your fish, you can email us at KaijuGoldfish@gmail.com with your intent to pick up the fish and we can provide you with the pickup address. We can then issue you a refund for you the shipping cost once you have picked up your order. We are located in Duarte California.
